Luckily, I found a wonderful therapist who helped transform my life.

Through therapy, I learned how to manage my stress and anxiety, and how to work towards solving my problems instead of letting them run my life.  In my case, therapy also changed the course of my career.  After years working in the high tech industry, I decided to pursue a career as a therapist.  Now I am able to help others and be part of this amazing profession.

"When we are no longer able to change a situation - we are challenged to change ourselves"  - Viktor Frankl.

At a time when my life was difficult and challenging, this quote had me looking at my problems in a different way.  Could I change my situation, or did I need to change how I managed it?  How could I figure it out, it seemed so overwhelming.
